Ch.1- The switch
“Can you believe that we get to go backstage
and have a private meet and greet with them??” I said truly not believing my own words!
“I know it’s like a dream come true” said destiny! We then were confronted by big rob. “Come on girls.” He said in a deep voice. We quickly
followed him. We then entered a room and waited. Then the door began to open
all three of us jumped up. “hi girls” Said the three boys. “Hi”
we all shyly said not believing our eyes!! We were actually in the same room as the Jonas brothers!! Ahh! They came up and they all gave us hugs then we had them sign all the stuff we had brought. Destiny gave nick the little purple hippo we had bought. I gave Joe the orange Gatorade. And Katie gave
Kevin the Oreos. “Thanks you guys rock.” Joe said. “So how
did you like the concert nick asked?” “Are you kidding it was amazing!!”
said destiny!! “Yeah you guys totally did your thing.” For a minute I could have sworn that Joe was staring but
I just blew it off. Then we all went and sat on the couch. Somehow we had gotten onto the topic of cell phones. Within minutes we had all trade cell phones and were
looking at them. Destiny leaned over and whispered in my ear. “I’m
holding Nick’s cell phone!! Omj!” I silently laughed to myself. “Well
girls I’m sorry but we have to go they said. We all gave out hugs and then
parted ways.
In the car on the way home my cell started to
ring. “You got a new ring tone?” Katie asked…… “Um
no!!!” I pulled out the phone and to my surprise it was Joes. “You
guys have your phones right?” They reached into their purses only to find
that we had switched phones with the Jonas brothers!!! I started to freak-out!!
“Oh my goodness you guys what do we do???” “CALM DOWN!!!”
both Katie and destiny said at the same time! All the sudden the backstreets
boys ring tone interrupted my worrying. “Oh my god it’s Joe. What
do I do?” “Answer?” destiny said.
“Hello?”
“Um, hi is this Elizabeth?”
“Yeah.”
“Hey its Joe I think you destiny and Katie
accidentally switched phones with us.”
“Yeah I know. What should we do?”
“The question is how fast can you guys get
to Wyckoff New Jersey by tomorrow?”
“New Jersey!!
I don’t know!”
“Okay well if you guys can try to meet us
in New York in 3 days then we can switch back ok. But until then we will have
to use our other phones. If anyone calls for us tell them we are temporarily not available okay. Also you guys can call us
when ever you want to.”
“You have my word.”
“Okay see you soon.”
“Bye”
“What did he say?” they both asked.
“Looks like we are going to New
York!! And until we get there we get to call them whenever we want on our phones!!!”
We all three cheered. We were going to New
York and the best part was we had the boys in the palm of our hands.
“Its fate for all of us I said.” Maybe
just maybe this is our chance to make them ours i thought to myself and by the looks on Katie and destiny’s faces they
were thinking the same thing.
Ch -2 the trip
“Des do you have a pair of heels I can borrow?
I can’t find mine.” “Yeah here ya go.” Are we ready to go?” Katie asked “One minute stop rushing.” “Sorry but I am driving you aren’t I?”
We all piled into the car and I quickly pulled
out Joe’s cell phone as did Destiny did with nick’s. We quickly sent
the boys a message. Mine Read ‘Hello handsome. Lol Anyways we are just leaving! Can’t wait to get there.” Destiny’s read “hey Nick we are on our way.” They quickly replied “Dido” We both jumped with excitement.
“Ya know I really hope this works out.” Said Des I wander what they are thinking. A few hours later we were sleeping as Katie pulled into a rest stop.
“You guys wake up.” She gently shook us. We slowly awoke. “Are we there yet?” “No silly we are just at a rest stop.” We all went to check the cells and too our surprise we had 3 new text messages.
The first was from nick. “Ya know Joe and Kevin I’m actually glad that they ended up with our cell phones because that
girl Destiny was really pretty!”
The second was from Kevin. “Me too I can’t
get Katie outta my head it’s really weird”
The last from Joe.
“That’s funny because I’m really getting into Liz and she’s really cool.”
“OMG!!!!!” We all screamed. “Pinch
me I’m dreaming.” Des reached over and pinched me. “Oww!”
“Hey you asked for it” she laughed! Just then Destiny’s phone rang.
“Hello?” she said as she got back
into the car
“Hey. It’s nick.”
“Hey.” She smiled as she replied
“Um, I was just wandering you girls didn’t
happen to get any text messages last night did you?”
I quickly looked at Destiny and shook my head. “Um no why do you ask did you guys text us.”
“No he quickly said. I can’t wait
to see you.”
“Same to you! Well I have to go nick.”
“Okay bye”
We then started driving again. Was this really
happening. Did they admit that they liked us?? There was no way. Or was there? I guess they would find out in 2 hours.
Ch.
- 3 the truth
We arrived in NY at around 3:45 and we rushed to the stadium. We got there and explained
the whole story to security. “Sorry ladies we have heard that story 1 too many times.” He replied. Kate thought fast on her feet and asked, “If we showed you the phones would you believe us?” Before the guard could answer we all had the phones out and showed him. Okay ladies
I’m gonna trust you, Go on in.” We all ran in enthusiastic about
seeing the boys. We made it backstage and waited until Destiny could finally see Nick come through the door. She jumped up
to hug him. Then Kevin and Joe finally followed. They all gave us hugs and we quickly traded phones. Oh, Liz you have a hair appointment tomorrow…Just kidding.” I giggled. Kevin spoke up. “Hey
we have this charity thing and we need dates we were wandering if you guys weren’t busy if you would be our dates.” “No.” destiny and I said at the same time.
The boys looked shocked. “Just kidding!” I said “Of
course we will be your dates.” “Okay so the event is tomorrow night.”
Nick said looking straight into Destiny’s eyes. “Did you guys bring any fancy clothes?” “Um, not really.” We replied. “But we can go buy some…” “Nonsense
here.” Kevin then handed each of us 150$ “Thanks” Katie said in a flirty manner. “Thanks you guys!” me and Destiny said afterwards! “We’ll
go right now.” Katie said. “Okay just remember that the concert starts
at 9pm.” Joe said Winking at me. I
blushed and then smiled.
“What store should we go to first?”
I asked “Um, I think we should go to Gucci.” suggested Katie and Des. “Okay”
So we made our way to the mall. We arrived at Gucci and I immediately saw the
dress I was going to buy. “This is it!!” I yelled not aware of how loud I was as I made my way over to the dress. It was beautiful flowy blue dress. It
was strap less and it wasn’t floor length but I wasn’t mini skirt material.
Katie got a little black dress which had sparkles on it. It had one shoulder strap and she looked amazing in it. And
lastly Destiny, she had found a gorgeous red dress. I was a halter dress and it was bright red at the top and slowly got darker
as it reached the bottom. It was amazing. Next came the jewelry and of course
we went to ‘every kiss begins with KAYS’. There we all found the
perfect necklace and earrings. We had all spent 158 dollars. After our mini shopping
spree we went to the concert. We sang along with every song and dance with every beat of the drum after the concert all of
us including the Jonas family went to a hotel where the Jonas’s paid the bill which of course was normal for them ya
know being so nice and all.
The next morning we all three awoke with butterflies
in our stomachs. We made our way down stairs only to find reporters everywhere
so we quickly disappeared into the boy’s room where we all sat down to eat breakfast.
“So what kind of outfits did you guys find?” asked Joe “well if I told you I’d have to kill
you.” I said trying to get him to laugh in which it worked. Destiny was
sitting by nick and the whole time I could see Nick blushing and smiling. You could tell he was totally into her as the same
for Kevin and Katie. As for Joe I wasn’t sure I felt as though he was giving me false signals. Destiny and Katie disagreed.
Ch.
4 - the big night.
It was nearing 7pm
and we knew we only had a short time before our dates! We all looked amazing
with Katie in her black dress and her hair done up in a messy bun and a sparkly clip in it.
Destiny had her hair up also she had a total up do with her curls resting on top of her head as for me I had my hair
down and I had curled it. I was hoping Joe would notice my highlights. Suddenly
there was a knock on the door and big rob told us it was time. We made our way down the stairs. Half way down we were almost
blinded by all the photographers. We barley made it to the limo in which the
boys were waiting. We climbed in and their jaws dropped. “Katie you look
amazing!” “Thank you.” He kissed her on the check and gave her a yellow rose. Nick was speechless all he could do was hand destiny a beautiful pink rose and smile. As for Joe he always gave us a good laugh. “Where’s my date all I see is this beautiful supermodel.”
I giggled shyly as he gave me a red rose. I looked around the limo and realized
that this is what we had been waiting for. We got to the event and everyone complimented
us on our amazing dresses and jewelry. That’s when Destiny saw her. Nick’s ex girlfriend; Miley.
Destiny’s P.O.V:
“What is she doing here?” I asked
Katie and Liz. “I don’t know but don’t worry nick invited you on this date not her.” Liz quickly reassured
me. Nick came over to me and saw me eyeing miley and said “don’t worry about her; tonight is about the fund raiser
it’s about having fun don’t let her ruin it for you. Just have fun.” He said. “Okay” I said
I then leaned in and hugged him. Right then the DJ announced that it was couples
dancing. “Come on” nick said dragging me out on the dance floor. Joe and Kevin did the same thing to Katie and
Elizabeth. The music started and to my surprise the song was please be mine.
I put my arms around his neck and leaned into him as he put his warm hands around my waist. Finally I thought, no cameras,
no worries, just me and nick. We were in the middle of the song and I said “Nick there’s something I have to tell
you.” “What?” he said as he looked down. “The truth is
I did get that text message and I knew what you said.” At first he looked
shocked and then he said “good” as he leaned down and softly kissed my lips. The night was perfect!
Katie’s P.O.V:
He brought me out to the dance floor and I heard
the song please be mine. My heart melted and nothing had even happened yet. Then
he put his hands in mine and we did the ‘old fashion’ slow dance. Our
hands intertwined felt so amazing and so right that it scared me. I wasn’t used to feeling this way about someone especially
in a situation in like this. How could this get any better? We got to the part in the song where it says “I will not
disappoint you I will be right there for you.’ He looked down and as soon as the words please be mine came on I felt
his lips against mine. As much as I wanted him to him to say something I realized
he had already said so much. Then I thought to myself I was wrong now it can’t get any better.
Elizabeth’s
P.O.V:
Joe grabbed my hand and rushed me out to the dance
floor. As we reached it amazingly “please be mine” came on. He wrapped his hands around my waist and I gently
rested my hands around his neck. I leaned in and placed my head on his chest. Everything felt so right. Being here in New
York with Joe Jonas; I didn’t seem like reality. The funny thing was that I wasn’t here
with the rock star Joe Jonas I was just here with Joe and I couldn’t imagine it any other way. As I felt him pull back
I lifted my head up until our eyes meet. “You know I’m really glad we accidentally switched phones, because if
we wouldn’t have I wouldn’t be here with the most beautiful girl in the world.” I blushed and he laughed.
He leaned down with a smile and pressed his lips against mine. It was for only a moment and then he came up and I rested my
head back on his chest but to me it felt like eternity.
Ch.
5 – Departure or not.
The next morning we awoke at 7am. We dreaded the thought of leaving after the amazing nights we each had last night. We slowly packed
our suitcases. We went to the boy’s room to see them and they each greeted us with a kiss on the cheek. “Okay
I can’t not tell them” nick blurted! “Nick shhhh!” Said
Kevin. “What are you guys talking about?” we asked? “Might
as well tell them now.” Said Kevin who sounded a little disappointed. “Well
we talked to our parents and this decision is totally up to you but we all decided that if you would like to join us while
we are on tour you can.” I screamed and ran and jumped on Joe giving him
the biggest hug ever and destiny and Katie soon followed. We were so stoked!!
We decided to have a mini girl party! We ordered pizza and blasted the stereo. This
is what we had always dreamed of and it was official!
Ch.
6 – Hello Beautiful (2 months later)
It was their last concert of the Burning up tour
and we were sad and happy. We had been so used to being on tour and there were so many memories made but at the same time
we could finally be home and not gone all the time. We were excited to see our parents and siblings. But there was still one
more concert. We all got a text message saying that they had a surprise for us. That night the concert started and we were
in the front row! It was amazing. And then everything stopped. It got very quiet. “Right now we would like to bring
3 very special people up on stage.” Nick said. Joe quickly helped us up on stage and when we saw the stools we knew
what was about to happen. We sat down and we heard the guitar intro to hello beautiful. They were singing to us. I then realized
this was what the big surprise was. As I looked at Katie and destiny we realized that they really did love us and that we
were just 3 teenage girls that were living the dream with the people they loved. After the concert had finished the boys walked
us to the bus we all loaded on and sat with each other Des was on nicks lap Katie was resting her head on Kevin’s shoulder
and I was laying on Joe’s chest. Finally our dream had come true we were not only with the ones we loved but we were
with our best friends and the ones we loved as we all drifted asleep Kevin Joe and nick leaned down and whispered something
in our ear. “I love you.”
